How Small Group Classes Works
Small by Design
Groups are intentionally kept small to ensure every student is seen, heard, and supported—without sacrificing the benefits of peer learning.
Purposeful Pacing
Instruction is planned to stay aligned with (and often ahead of) coursework, allowing time for questions, discussion, and reinforcement.
Active Participation
Students are encouraged to explain reasoning, compare approaches, and engage with ideas—not just follow steps.
Intentional Pacing
Support is provided at a pace that encourages growth without unnecessary pressure or dependence.
Ongoing Adjustment
As students progress, instruction adapts and maintains the right balance of challenge, clarity, and momentum.
