Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled session contact us at contactus@braincellacademy.com prior to 24 hrs of the scheduled session. You will not be charged if a notice is given prior to 24 hrs of your scheduled session. If a notice is given within 24hrs of the scheduled session, it will be considered a "last minute cancellation" and you will be charged for the full amount. Out of consideration for our tutors time, tutors are still compensated when there is a last minute cancellation.
